Last market tomorrow!

How can this be? Summer is over and fall is slipping away so quickly! Tomorrow is the last farmers market of the season. For us it means the last market of the year. We decided we have to close for a few months this winter. Not only will it save on outrageous heating and operating expenses, it will allow us time to make some modifications to our system that we are really excited about! I'll share more with you later on.

For now, tomorrow looks like a beautiful day for the market. We'll be in Lindstrom at the St. Bridget of Sweden church parking lot from 8 am to noon. There are other wonderful vendors that will be there, too. Hoping you can take a few minutes out of your busy schedules to come and check us out.

We'll have our usual line-up of produce grown without soil or chemicals in an enclosed, controlled environment. Three types of freshly harvested lettuce, cucumbers and several types of microgreens. It's so amazing to have fresh greens this time of year! It tastes delicious and is so good for us :) New tomorrow is a microgreen Mix of Broccoli, Kale and Radish. Yummy, and so pretty!

Have a wonderful weekend, and enjoy the sunshine!
