Lake Elmo Farmers Market season ends tomorrow

Tomorrow is the last farmers market for Lake Elmo this summer. We'll be there from 9 am to 1 pm with our usual line-up of produce. All grown without soil or chemicals in an enclosed environment. The market is located in the Lake Elmo Elementary School parking lot.

Lettuce, cucumbers and green peppers are grown aquaponically. Tomatoes and microgreens are grown hydroponically. Completely fresh, safe to eat, healthy and delicious. The microgreen display/sample this week is mustard. I can't wait for you to try it; it's amazing!

It's been so fun meeting new people and sharing what we know about aquaponics! The customers and other vendors are all so nice. It's a relatively small market, but huge on friendly!

We have customers that travel to find us and purchase our produce. What an incredible compliment! If a customer is ever unsatisfied or unhappy with their purchase, we'll give them their money back or replace the produce. 100% guaranteed.

Stop by to check out what all the fuss is about. It's definitely worth your time! While you're there, try a free sample of each of our microgreens. They are so fun to taste!

Starting next Saturday, September 14th, we'll be attending the Lindstrom Farmers Market. This is from 8 am to 12 pm, located in the parking lot of St. Bridget's Catholic Church, right off Hwy. 8. The market runs until the last Saturday in October.

No matter what your plans are for the weekend, stay safe and healthy, and be happy!
