Our variety of microgreens are now available at Bruce's Foods in Wyoming, MN! Stop in to try healthy and delicious microgreens grown without soil or chemicals. You can choose from radish, kale, broccoli, sweet pea and chive, or grab one of each!

Microgreens can be added to eggs, potatoes, soups, stews, meats, fish, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, burgers, dips and spreads. You can eat them plain, or add them to a smoothie for an extra boost of nutrients. They are really versatile, and a wonderful way to add nutrition to your diet. Because they are so full of flavor, you won't have any trouble incorporating them into your daily meal plan!

Today for lunch I made egg salad, added kale and broccoli microgreens and fresh lettuce, to toasted everything bread. It was amazing! There are lots of great recipes incorporating microgreens on-line. Do a little browsing to see just how delicious microgreens can be!
