Greenhouse + Garden

Tomorrow at the Lake Elmo Farmer's Market we will have aquaponically grown cucumbers and green peppers, hydroponically grown tomatoes, and a variety of microgreens (also grown without soil). Joining them will be basil and kale from our traditional garden. All are freshly harvested, delicious and so healthy! We'll have aquaponically grown lettuce again next week.

We're at the market from 9 am to 1 pm, located at the Lake Elmo Elementary School parking lot. There are 22 local vendors selling their goods. It's definitely worth checking out!

It makes my heart so happy when people at the market take a minute to chat about aquaponics, how amazing the technology is, how beneficial it is for our environment, and that it's worry free eating for the consumer. There's so much goodness in it, I can't help wanting to talk about it!

Hope everyone got through the rain and storms this week without damage!

We'll see you at the market :)
